How can I contact you for questions about my product?
The best way to contact us is via email. We are available on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00. We strive to respond on the same business day.

I am not satisfied with my product, what now?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always make use of our return policy. Visit our 'Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy' page for detailed information about returning products.

Which products are suitable for me?

Are you unsure which product suits you best? Whether it's clothing, gadgets, household items, or something else, feel free to contact our support team via email. We are happy to help you choose the right products that perfectly match your needs and preferences.

How can I return a product?

To return a product, follow the steps on our 'Exchanges & Returns' page. Make sure to stay within the 14-day return period and that the product is in good condition.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can modify or cancel it. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible for this.

Where is my order?
After placing your order, it takes 1 business day to process it. The delivery time for orders within Netherlands and Belgium then takes 4-6 working days, provided you ordered before 23:00. If the delivery time has passed, please contact our customer service.

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your Track & Trace code. Also check your spam folder if you cannot find the email. Please note that it may take a while before the Track & Trace link becomes active.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order with the Track & Trace code you received by email. Use the link in the email to go directly to our Track & Trace page and view the current status of your order.
