All offers and prices listed on the website are non-binding and may be changed at any time by ROZAFINO© may be changed. The prices are in euros, including VAT, but excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. We do our best to avoid any price changes and errors, but ROZAFINO© is not liable for typographical errors or errors in the price indication.
An order is final once you have received a confirmation email from ROZAFINO©. ROZAFINO© reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information before accepting the order. If an order is refused, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payments made.
Payments must be made at the time of ordering using the available payment methods on the website. If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed.
Upon receipt of payment, we strive to process your order within 1-2 business days. The average delivery time is 4-6 business days, depending on product availability and the chosen shipping options. The stated delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered as strict deadlines. ROZAFINO© is not liable for delays caused by third parties, such as delivery services.
The shipping costs are specified during the checkout process and depend on the chosen shipping option and the destination of the package. Shipping costs are charged separately, unless otherwise stated.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason, provided that the following conditions are met:
If the product has been used, we cannot accept a return. You must notify us in writing of the return via our contact form or by email. The costs for returning the products are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
In the case of a successful return shipment, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount within 14 days after receipt of the returned products via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Returns must be sent to the address of our external supplier in the third country where the product originally comes from. The specific return address will be provided by us after receiving your return request. The costs for returning the products are entirely the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

All products that are by ROZAFINO© are sold, fall under a warranty of 2 years by law, as prescribed by European legislation. Within this period, we guarantee that our products meet the usual requirements of usability and reliability.

If your product develops a defect within the warranty period that is not caused by misuse or external factors, we offer a free repair or replacement. In that case, please contact us to report the issue and discuss further steps.
ROZAFINO© is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the products supplied by us, unless this damage is caused by intent or gross negligence of ROZAFINO©. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the respective product. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage, lost profits, or loss of data.
In case of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or other events beyond our control, has ROZAFINO© the right to suspend or cancel the execution of the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.

On all agreements between ROZAFINO© and Dutch law applies to the customer. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
ROZAFINO © collaborates with international suppliers for product shipping. The delivery of goods takes place directly from a third country and is handled by our external suppliers.
Please note the following:
Import duties and VATAls klant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het betalen van eventuele invoerrechten, BTW en andere heffingen die door de douane in rekening kunnen worden gebracht bij de ontvangst van de goederen. ROZAFINO © is niet verantwoordelijk voor deze kosten.
Shipping: Since the goods are shipped directly from the third country, they are not imported into the Netherlands or any other country by ROZAFINO ©.
Risk of delays or additional costs: Although we strive for fast and careful delivery, delays or additional costs (such as customs fees) may occur during import. These costs and risks are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
